Liability for references and links
With regard to direct or indirect references to third-party Internet pages (“hyperlinks”), which lie outside the author’s area of responsibility, a liability obligation would apply only in the event the author had knowledge of the content and it would have been technically possible and feasible for him to have prevented its use in the case of illegal contents. The author hereby expressly declares that at the time the hyperlinks were placed, no illegal content was identifiable on the linked sites. The author does not have any influence on the current or future presentation, content or the authorship of the linked/connected pages. The author therefore explicitly disassociates himself herewith from all content of all the linked pages that have been changed after setting the links. This declaration applies to all links and references within the author’s own website and to external entries made by others in systems set up by the author, including guest books, discussion forums and directories of links, mailing lists and all other forms of databases whose content can be added to externally. Where unlawful, erroneous or incomplete content is concerned, especially damages arising from the usage or non-usage of the information offered, the provider of the page to which the reference is made shall be solely liable, and not the party who merely makes reference to the respective publication through a link.
A visit to our website can eventually result in storage of information about your access (date, time, page accessed) on our server. This does not represent any analysis of personal data (e.g., name, address or e-mail address). In case we collect your data, this occurs only due to technical reasons and – to the extent possible – with the prior consent of the user of the website. Any forwarding of the data to third parties without the express consent of the user shall not take place.
We also point out that the transmission of data via the Internet (e.g., by e-mail) can offer security vulnerabilities. It is therefore impossible to safeguard the data completely against access by third parties. We cannot assume any liability for damages arising as a result of such security vulnerabilities. Any other usage of your data or transfer your data to others is neither intended nor done. Please see for more our privacy statement below.

Copyright and trademark law
The author strives to observe copyright laws with regard to the pictures, graphics, audio files, video sequences, and texts used in all publications. He also tries to use graphics, audio files, video sequences and text produced by him or to resort to licence-free graphics, pictures, sound documents, video sequences and texts. All logos and trademarks mentioned in this website and, if applicable, protected by third parties are subject without limitation to the provisions of the respective trademark law and the ownership rights of the respectively registered trademark owners. The conclusion is not to be drawn that trademarks, solely on the basis of merely being mentioned, are not protected by the rights of third parties! The copyright for published content prepared by the author himself shall remain solely with the author. Duplication, reproduction or use of such graphics, pictures, sound documents, video sequences and texts in other electronic or printed publications is not permitted without the explicit permission of the author.
